Mission Statements

As we have seen from the case studies in this chapter, companies who have a strong
mission statement that matches their goals and values succeed. This is because it gives
them something to check every action and every decision against. It allows them to be fully
aligned with everything they do in their business, which helps people better understand
their message, respect them and recognize them.



When you are all over the place with your marketing, you will confuse people, so they
